Terms of Service

This site (wysteriaworks.com) is my portfolio of independently built CS:GO/CS2 plugins, custom software, and game work. Looking around is fine. Placing an order or making a payment means you accept these Terms and the Refund policy.

Intellectual Property and Licensing

• Game plugins (CS:GO / CS2): Not sold as `.sp` / `.smx` files. CS2 `.dll` and `.cs` files are not handed over either. Source is not included. Delivery is a managed, remote-validated license bound to a single server IP; I perform the install myself.
• Standard + in-server installation is included in the price (load, cfg, license, basic test). Custom map adaptation and branding are billed separately.
• When the license term ends, the plugin goes quietly passive — it does not crash or take down your server.
• Leaking, unauthorized distribution, or resale results in license cancellation and permanent blacklisting.
• Custom web projects: When payment is complete, source code passes to the client. I reserve the right to show the work in the portfolio.
• A CS:GO license does not include CS2. A CS2 license does not include CS:GO. Each game is a separate license.
• A purchase does not transfer ownership of the plugin. It is a personal licensed copy; the plugin stays with Wysteria Works.

Deposits and Refunds

• For custom projects, upfront deposits required to start work are non-refundable.
• Plugin refunds only within 3 calendar days of delivery for unfixable technical failures; no refunds when files are downloadable/transferable from the host.
• A change of taste, a change of mind, or “I changed my mind” is not a refund reason.
• Digital licenses and custom software are digital content performed instantly online; by confirming your order or delivery you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your 14-day withdrawal right ends once delivery is complete. Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved.

Delivery

• For CS plugins, delivery is when the license is activated and I finish the install (compiled `.sp`/`.smx` files, and CS2 `.dll`/`.cs` files, are not handed over). The 3-day refund window starts then (calendar days).
• For web projects, delivery is when an agreed stage is presented to you / you approve it.

Work Not Accepted

I do not develop cheats, phishing (account theft), server-crashing tools, or any illegal projects.

Support and Updates

Support is best-effort; there is no SLA or uptime guarantee. For Valve/game updates, active licenses get patch support for a reasonable period. Third-party plugin/mod incompatibilities are outside any warranty.

Limitation of Liability

Software is provided as-is. There is no guarantee of revenue, uptime, or a specific outcome. Reasonable technical support is provided for Valve or game updates. No responsibility is accepted for server outages, third-party incompatibility, or lost business. Total liability does not exceed the fee paid for the related work.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All design elements, logos, texts, graphics, proprietary software architectures, and digital assets on this site belong to Wysteria Works; all rights reserved. Copying, reproduction, reverse engineering, or unauthorized commercial use in whole or in part without written permission is prohibited.

Payment Disputes

Contact Discord or email first. Bad-faith chargebacks or payment disputes can lead to license cancellation and blacklisting.

Resolution of Disputes

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to any dispute arising from these terms. Mandatory consumer protections remain reserved.
