Visiting wysteriaworks.com or contacting me about work shown on this site means you accept these terms. This site is my personal showcase of completed and ongoing projects. Scope and licensing are agreed on Discord or by email.

License and intellectual property

• CS2 plugins: Unless stated otherwise, purchased plugins are not transferred as source code; they are provided as a licensed right of use. Unauthorized distribution, resale, leaking, or commercial use by integrating them into other products is prohibited.
• Custom web projects: Unless the parties agree otherwise, the final source code delivered for a custom web project belongs to the client. Wysteria Works reserves the right to show the work as a reference in the portfolio.

Acceptable use

No project or order involving cheat software, account theft or phishing, abuse, or illegal activity is accepted.

Disclaimer

Changes in Steam, Valve APIs, game updates, or MetaMod and other third-party infrastructure may affect how the software runs. For such updates, reasonable technical adjustment and patch support is provided. No responsibility is accepted for outages of external infrastructure or for profit or data loss caused by third parties.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions, jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms is determined under the general venue rules of the applicable legislation.
