This text explains the data-processing principles that apply when you visit the Wysteria Works (wysteriaworks.com) website, use our game-server plugin licenses, or contact us through external channels.

Data Collected and Processing Purposes

• Server Access Logs: The site has no membership system, form submission, or profile infrastructure. Our server automatically records standard access logs (IP address, access time, and browser information) for a limited period to maintain system stability, prevent cyberattacks, and carry out technical security.
• Plugin Licensing Records: For remote license checks and authorization of our CS:GO and CS2 plugins, only the game-server IP address and server name provided by the customer are processed for technical verification.
• External Communication and Delivery Information: Messages sent via Discord, Steam, or GitHub are subject to those services' own terms. Usernames, project details, delivery history, and external payment reference/receipt codes shared with us are kept only to run, deliver, and confirm licensing for the work.

License records

CS:GO and CS2 license records are kept separately. Buying CS:GO does not create a CS2 record, and buying CS2 does not create a CS:GO record. A record does not mean the plugin was transferred to you. A purchase is a personal licensed copy. The record does not include `.sp`, `.smx`, or CS2 `.dll` and `.cs` files; those files are not sold.

Cookies and Browser Storage

Only functional mechanisms that support basic site use run on this site.

• Required Technical Storage: Kept in local browser storage (localStorage) to remember in-site acknowledgements and technical state.
• Language Preference: Stored locally in your browser to remember your interface language (TR/EN).
• No Tracking: Google Analytics, Meta pixel, advertising trackers, or third-party behavior-tracking mechanisms are not used on this site.
• Clearing Preferences: You can delete data for the wysteriaworks.com domain at any time from your browser's history or site-data settings.

Data Security and Retention

All data traffic is protected with standard SSL/TLS encryption protocols. Your personal data, project notes, and payment references are not shared with or sold to third parties. Records needed to resolve accounting and license disputes are retained on secure local systems for the applicable local statutory limitation periods.
